Born and raised in Bergen County, NJ, Olga received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. From a early age, she always enjoyed helping others, which has served her well at AllanChem. While pursuing her degree in 2001, she was seeking a part time job and a family friend recommended she speak with Allan who was more than happy to accommodate her school schedule. During that time, Allan noticed her enthusiasm and by the time she graduated college, she had earned more responsibility and was on the path to grow within the company. Fast forward 22 years, Olga is honored and humbled to carry out Allans legacy wearing his title as President of Allan Chemical.
As president of Allan Chemical, Olga is responsible for managing customer and supplier relationships, staying ahead of industry trends, and leading Allan Chemical’s amazing team.
On her own time, Olga enjoys spending time with her husband and their two daughters. Some of her favorite activities include taking her dog on hikes and cooking for those she loves.

Originally from Fort Lee, New Jersey, Aaron was just five years old when his father, Allan, established Allan Chemical. Aaron has many fond memories of spending time at the office as a child. Today, as CEO of AllanChem, Aaron is proud to provide his team with the necessary tools, autonomy, and support to succeed.
After attending Fort Lee High School, he studied Mechanical Engineering at Union College before transitioning to Computer Information Systems and Economics. He later pursued a Master’s in Management degree from Cambridge College. In 2011, he officially joined the Allan Chemical team as a business developer where he was able to combine his knowledge of computers and business.
Outside of work, Aaron enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two daughters. His dream is to keep his father’s legacy alive for the next generation.

In addition to sales, Laura is involved with new product development at Allan Chemical. With three years of dedicated service to the company, Laura manages existing in-house accounts while actively expanding her customer base. Her vigilance in monitoring supply and demand dynamics, changing trends, and competitors ensures that sales volume, product mix, and selling prices remain competitive.
Before joining Allan Chemical, Laura boasted an impressive career spanning over 20 years in the chemical industry. During this time, she excelled in various pivotal roles, including procurement, customer service, outside sales, and regulatory. Her expertise primarily focused on serving industries like pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, bioremediation, environmental services, microelectronics, and personal care products.
During her time off, she likes to work on home projects and spend time with her three children.

With over 13 years of experience at AllanChem, Rebecca plays a vital role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain throughout the organization. Her responsibilities include planning, organizing, and monitoring the distribution of goods to ensure timely delivery to their intended destinations to ensure our customers are provided with what they need.
Before joining AllanChem, Rebecca earned her Bachelor's degree in Science. At that time, she was uncertain about the direction her life would take, but her journey with Allan Chemical Corporation has provided her with countless opportunities for growth and fulfillment.
Originally from Michigan, she has called the Empire State her home for the last decade, where she spent much of her college years exploring the Adirondacks and embracing the outdoors.

Originally from Rockland County, Gail joined the Allan Chemical team in January 2023 as the Office Manager. She wears several hats, is responsible for customer service, accounting tasks, sample management, and administrative duties, and assists with regulatory and logistic issues to streamline operations.
Before joining the Allan Chemical team, she served as the Operations Manager at a specialty chemicals wholesale company for over 20 years. In that role, she oversaw logistics, sales, and client relations. Prior to that, she worked as a Forensic Chemist at the Drug Enforcement Administration in NYC for four years. She graduated from Boston University, majoring in Psychology and minoring in Biology, but ironically her best subject was organic chemistry.
During the weekends, she manages her youngest son’s travel soccer team and often travels with her husband and three boys to soccer games and tournaments.

Originally from a small town in Passaic County, NJ, Samber had ambitions of becoming a successful so he would be able care for his family. With experience in biopharmaceuticals and regulatory affairs, he joined Allan Chemical in June 2024. His role involves bridging customer needs with quality products, managing regulatory affairs, customer service, sample logistics, and team support.
Before Allan Chemical, Samber gained industry experience specializing in food, flavors, and pharmaceuticals. Balancing work commitments alongside academic pursuits, Samber cultivated a robust work ethic, culminating in the attainment of a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and a Master’s degree in Biotechnology.
Outside of his work commitments, Samber finds joy in spending quality time with his wife, engaging in Jujitsu training, and overseeing a valet business that he co-founded with his cousin.
